Postage Costs and Packaging

Postage.

Deliveries will be made to the mainland UK only due to the delivery time required to prevent spoilage.

We are based in Milton Keynes and will deliver free within the Milton Keynes for orders over £20.00.

We are not mass producing the treats or cakes and would aim to have your order with you in 7 days as they are all made to order. If there is an issue with delivery we will advise you at point of order.

If you require treats or cakes for a specific date please contact us.

We will produce your order and will despatch via the Royal Mail on the same day. We use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service which should be Next Day Delivery for you, our valued customers. This type of delivery will need to be signed for and unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the Royal Mail.

Our postage charges are based on weight and whilst paypal will calculate postage at checkout, you will need to calculate the postage if downloading an order form.

Packaging.

We use individual resealable bags for the treats or cakes and then we will vacuum seal your order before being posted to you using Royal Mail recorded delivery.

This will minimise any effects suffered during transit, and you will be able to refridgerate or freeze when you receive the order in the vacuum pack or you can take the individual bags out before storing.
